Minimum order quantities depend on the product and tier. Most wholesale orders start at 25 units per SKU, with tiered discounts at 50, 100, and 250+ units. Contact us with your target SKUs and we will share full tier pricing.

What are the lead times for bulk orders?

In-stock SKUs typically ship within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. Larger custom runs or private-label orders have a lead time of 10-20 business days depending on batch availability and quality control.

How do you handle shipping and cold chain?

All bulk orders ship with temperature-controlled packaging and tracked couriers. Standard delivery is 2-5 business days, UK 3-5 business days, and worldwide 5-10 business days. Shipping is quoted per order based on weight and destination.

What payment terms and methods do you accept?
