1. Research Use Only

All products sold by Origin Research are intended strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. Our products are research chemicals and are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, therapeutic application, or any form of self-administration.

By purchasing from Origin Research, you confirm and agree that:

• You will use all products exclusively for legitimate scientific research purposes.
• You will not administer, ingest, inject, or otherwise use any product on humans or animals.
• You understand that our products are not approved as drugs, medicines, food supplements, or cosmetics.
• You accept full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, national, and international regulations governing the purchase, possession, and use of research chemicals in your jurisdiction.

Origin Research reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if we reasonably believe products will be used in a manner inconsistent with these terms.

2. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from Origin Research. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to cancel orders where the buyer cannot verify they meet this requirement.

3. Ordering Process

Orders are placed through our website and processed via Telegram communication. The ordering process works as follows:

• Product selection: Browse our catalog at shop.html and select the products you wish to purchase.
• Enquiry: Contact us via Telegram at @originresearch to confirm pricing, availability, and shipping details.
• Order confirmation: We will confirm your order details, total price (including shipping), and estimated delivery time via Telegram.
• Payment: Payment is processed through the method agreed upon during your Telegram conversation.
• Dispatch: Once payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared and dispatched within the timeframe communicated to you.

All prices are listed in Euros and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices displayed on the website are indicative; final pricing is confirmed during the Telegram ordering process.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship to all EU member states. Shipping to non-EU countries may be available upon request — please enquire via Telegram.
• All peptide products are shipped using temperature-controlled packaging (insulated containers with cold packs) to maintain product integrity.
• Estimated delivery times are provided during the ordering process and are typically 2-5 business days within the EU, depending on destination.
• Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Origin Research is not liable for delays caused by customs, courier services, extreme weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. However, we will assist with tracking and resolving any delivery issues.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Origin Research is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemicals and strict quality control requirements, our returns policy is limited:

5.1 Eligible for Return/Refund

• Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
• Incorrect product: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange collection, replacement, and cover all associated costs.
• Quality concerns: If you believe a product does not meet its stated purity specifications, contact us with details. We may request the product be returned for independent testing at our expense.

5.2 Not Eligible for Return/Refund

• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with (unless due to a quality or fulfillment error on our part).
• Change-of-mind purchases.
• Orders where the customer provided incorrect shipping information resulting in non-delivery.
• Products that have been stored improperly after delivery (e.g., not refrigerated as per instructions).

All refund requests must be submitted to info@originlabsresearch.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

6. Product Information and Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, purity specifications, and Certificate of Analysis (COA) data published on our website are accurate and up to date. However:

• Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not represent the exact packaging or appearance of the product you receive.
• COAs are batch-specific. The COA for your specific batch will be provided with your order or upon request.
• We reserve the right to modify product formulations, packaging, or specifications without prior notice, provided that any changes maintain or exceed our stated quality standards.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Origin Research website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, data compilations, and software, is the property of Origin Research or its content suppliers and is protected by EU and international intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from our website without our prior written consent.
• The Origin Research name, logo, and all related product names and trademarks are the property of Origin Research. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
• COAs and technical data provided with your order are for your internal research use only and may not be republished or distributed without our permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable EU law:

• Origin Research provides all products on an "as-is" basis for research use only. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for any particular purpose beyond stated research applications.
• Origin Research shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of our products.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to your order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that specific order.
• Origin Research is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or legal consequences arising from the misuse of our products, including but not limited to human consumption, self-administration, or any use contrary to these Terms of Service.
• We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from force majeure events, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Origin Research, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the EU member state in which Origin Research is established.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our products shall be resolved through the competent courts of the EU member state in which Origin Research is established. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory provisions of your local consumer protection laws.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
